Dispatch & Delivery
To enable a smooth shipping process, you may wish to change the shipping address during checkout to be your business address, rather than your home address as our deliveries operate during business hours only. Whichever address you choose, you need to be available to accept delivery. Upon dispatch from our Distribution Centre, a confirmation email will be sent to you which will contain a tracking number. You may track your delivery online or call the freight company referred to in the email to arrange alternative arrangements. Unfortunately any additional costs charged by the freight company for re-delivery or delivery to an alternate address will need to be borne by you. A couple of worthy points to note are:
- As most of our items are bulky, delivery to PO Boxes cannot be made.
- Assistance may be required unloading the item(s) during delivery due to the size and weight of some of our items
- Missed deliveries may cost a re-delivery fee. In some cases, the item may be taken to a depot or holding agent for collection by the customer
- Photo ID and signature is required for all deliveries and pickups from freight company depots or their agents.

To arrange a pickup time, please contact us on 03 8560 5000 to enable us to prepare your order prior to your arrival.
We will deduct the freight fee (if one was originally charged during checkout) and refund it to you on pickup.
Our pickup times are:
9:30am – 2:30pm AEST Monday to Thursday
9:30am – 12:30pm AEST Friday
* Excludes Victorian & National Public Holidays
Your security and identity are important to us. Photo ID is required for all pickups. If someone else is picking up on your behalf, a signed letter of authority clearly showing your photo ID must be presented
